Thank you for shopping at Birch.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right! You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to decide if you love your accessories as much as we do.
If you don’t, it’s okay! Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.
We appreciate all items being returned in original packaging and condition.
Return shipping is to be paid by customer unless item is defective or was damaged during shipping. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
